Our Snowmodo meetup at Northstar-at-Tahoe is only a month away, so we hope you’re already planning your trip. If you haven’t made plans yet, RSVPing for the event and a ride is a great start.

Our second annual Snowmodo event is going to be an amazing amount of fun, so if you are anywhere near the Tahoe area we really suggested you stop by and take part in the festivities. Even if you aren’t a skier or snowboarder, we still encourage you to join. Northstar has activities like ice skating, tubing, sledding, scavenger hunts, shopping, amazing food, even better bars and more. If the extra activities weren’t enough, Zune will also be throwing a party just for our Snowmodo event complete with drinks, snacks and music.

For those of you who need to arrange a ride to our event you basically have two options. We can either run a carpool system that you guys figure out amongst yourselves in the comments section of THIS POST or we help arrange for a private bus. Working out the carpool option is pretty easy but the bus is little tougher.

Bus:
For Gigategy to arrange a private bus from the Bay area to Northstar on Saturday April 4th, we will need at-least 40 passengers who will each have to pay $45. This private bus will only be used for our Snowmodo event so departure and arrival times can be tailored to our event needs. We have already spoken with a popular ski bus operator who would handle all bookings. Here’s all the info that would make a private bus possible:
- Bus would only be a day trip. Leave Bay area the morning of Saturday April 4 and return that evening.
- Minimum 40 passengers needed and can fit up to 55.
- $45 for roundtrip booking.
- Booking must be paid in advanced.
- Bus trip will only be 100% confirmed once 40 passengers have paid for their booking. If 40 people don’t book, the bus gets canceled and you’re money gets fully refunded.

Before we can start sending you guys off to book a seat on a private Snowmod bus, we need to find out if we can even fill the 40 seat requirement. So if you’re interested in booking a seat on a private Snowmod bus, please send an email to snowmodo@Gigategy.com, with a subject line of I Need Snowmodo Bus. In the email please list your name, names of anyone else who will be accompanying you, and a statement saying “Yes, I would like to book a seat on a private Snowmodo Bus”
